What Debt Ceiling
Over on LinkedIn.com Claire Suzanne Holland quoted a certain Professor Eps regarding all this nonsense about whether or not the Republicans would allow anyone to take the needed step of increasing the so-called, "Debt Ceiling" before America defaults on its obligations to pay (interest on money borrowed by the Federal Government, but also salaries owed to Federal Employees, the costs of supplies to government departments and the military, including the troops themselves, etc
